I have very bad experience today (11/03/2013 8.45pm.) at Reliance Fresh (Kadam Tala ,Howrah, West Bengal).

I purchase Rice & Milk , When I go to cash counter , the cash counter boy (MR SHAID ALAM) say you have to pay 1 cary bag for rice. I was say I no need cary bag I have won bag but he says no u have to pay 1 cary bag for taken rice when I call from my mobile to Store manager and I give my mobile to say with STORE MANAGER but he (MR SHAID ALAM) I don’t want to talk to any body.

When I say where is  complain book , no body Help me all store boy support MR SHAID ALAM.

Please take necessary action for this boy…..
