Myself Meenu arora,I have a complaint regarding poor customer service at your reliance fresh store located Near Kailash Chowk,Civil lines,Ludhiana.Yesterday i visited that store to purchase some commodities,At the time of billing,when i asked for some carry bag. the concerned person very rudely told that they are not allowed to give customer some paper envelope or anything to carry their things.What rubbish is this?How can we carry our things in our hand.In case if this step is taken for enviornment friendly then y they are using plastic bags y not paper bags.Reliance is such a big name but persons like that avl at Store are pulling its name into MUD.They misbehaved not only with me but many other customers.From now i won't prefer to go there.Infact local departmental stores are providing better service than reliance.They are not providing any thing for FREE.We are paying them the price of product.They are not autorised to deal with customer rudly.So look into the matter.
