Hi

I had experienced very rude behaviour by Sita maha laksmi, sales girl at reliance fresh, NRP road, Gandhi Nagar, Vijayawada 520 003. I had informed this to manager Siva rama Raju. He told that he would update me on the issue. But he did not call me back. Please let me know the process of reporting the issue to higher management.
