Dear Sir / Madam,

       I have bought some items at your shop on 13-06-2011 (The bill details
has given below). For billing I've given my IOB debit card, which
hasn't responded in your machine for a while, hence the cashier asked
for some other card. Then I gave my HDFC credit card, it has been
accepted.

Later  I came to know that, the IOB account also has got debited,
against which I made a complaint to one of your person Mr.Krishna
(9952380133), who asked me to wait till the month end for reverse of
payment, which has not happened yet. Again I went to the shop &
enquired to the same person, I'm getting spurious response from him.
Really I don't know, where to go, so that I'm writing this mail to
you, please let me know how to get my excess paid money.
