hello,i am a regular customer of reliance fresh since 3 years located at salunkhe vihar road,kondhwa,pune,maharashtra.with great distress i want to express my pain that today i.e 12july11 at around 9:30p.m i had purchased milk and other items from reliance fresh.i bought 1.5 litre low fat milk.i reached home and boil the milk as i do everyday.the milk had a dirty fragrance and it was torn.at 10:15p.m i hurridly went to reliance fresh and told them to solve my problem.they didn't give proper response.all shops were close.i have a baby child.i told them to provide another milk.but they refused.i felt helpless.now i have to wait for next morning to buy fresh milk.i just want to know was this fair?being one of the regular customer of reliance fresh, at the time of urgent need i got ignorance from your syndicate.in other retail shops the shopkeeper replaces the milk immediately.i am very upset for this incident.hope you being a customer care executive un derstand ..my money as well as need of milk at night got wasted.i expect a response from your's.otherwise my blind faith may hamper.name-subheshwar kumar,mobile no.-9860599761,kondhwa,pune.mail id-kumar727@in.com
