Sir,
I am a regular customer of ur stores since 2007.Yesterday i visited ur store located at North Usman Road.I shopped for more than Rs500 and they provided me a poor polythene bag in blue colour which got cut while taking home.
Also I have to wait atleast 15mins in billing counters regularly to get serviced.Only 3 counters will be operating ven in peak hours.
Please do something to provide good service to us.
