sir,

I purchase the material of Rs- 585=00 from Reliance Fresh Ltd. Damoh Naka, Jabalpur, M.P. on date-11 June 2011.

I make the payment of bill by debit card no-4213 6852 2003 0731 of  Union Bank of India.

But your staff has swipe the debit card two times and received the amount two times.

as proof I show them the mini statement of bank account. They ( Mr.Sudhir Kumar, mobile no- 7869955284) assured me to deposit

Rs-585=00 in my bank account.

 But still they are failed to do so.

 I also talk to your Jaipur administration office on mobile no-9928034742.on date-17/06/11

Please arrange to make matter solve as early as possible.
